CONCEPT DESIGN
• Obtain the Client’s requirements, budget and preparing project timetable.
• Review, study and analyze the brief & design concept provided by Project Manager/Client.
• Study the status of Base Building and the services installed/proposed by the Developer.
• The Base Building space available for fit-out to be surveyed to check for accuracy of drawings provided by Developer.
• Advise the Client on outline interior design concepts, space and cost plans for selected site.
Prepare layouts to determine the suitability of building as per client’s requirements both functionally and technically.
• Prepare preliminary report with spatial planning, allocation of all infrastructure support.
• Provide a complete technical report based on the client’s technical requirements.
• Incorporate design inputs from the client in the drawing options.
